The WHY Behind Safe Space
I started Safe Spaces to create mental health awareness and resources that truly support people’s well-being — in ways that are culturally relevant, engaging, and meaningful.
Through my own experiences with anxiety and OCD, I realized how deeply we need genuine safe spaces: places where we can express ourselves, talk openly about mental health, and access the help we deserve.
